About Saska

Saska is from Cairo Egypt. Yes, you heard me right, we flew her over to the US in hopes to have her front leg treated from an injury she rcvd in Cairo that they could not treat. but by the time the funding was raised, the flight made, the trip completed and the doc visit, it was too late and the elbow has seized approx. 75%. Her front left elbow had been crushed and now has loced mostly into position. She runs and plays, she uses it to balance, so we have not amputated...but that may come on down the line. Vet says no pain, still using...dont take just yet so we have not. She came from what you see in the TV commercials, but still after all of that, she is very sweet and shy with humans but bossy with some of the other dogs here, as she thinks she is the leader of the pack haha. She has not been in a fight or anything it is all just vocal. She needs a home where she can get some personalized attention, soft voices, slow movements and LOVE) She is small in size, only knee high, and weighs in the 30's. She looks like a miniature white shepherd. In Cairo she is called a Baladi. She is between 2-3 yrs.
