Frankie is a rescue brought back from death's door with love and care. He did suffer a concussion (vet assumed from a car), recovered fully except it left him partially blind, BUT he is self feeding , uses a litter box like a champ and loves to pounce and play ( and have his belly rubbed)just like any other kitten! He loves to be held and cuddled, quickly adjusting to new people and environments when left to quietly explore on his own. Frankie needs a loving home that will spoil him rotten!
