Adelle 5 Years Old White Female/Spay Great w/Respectful Children Dog Friendly Cats Unknown Crate Trained Great Walking Partner(perfect on a lead) Fostered in Woodinville, WA With a name like Adelle you'd think I was a singer, but we spell it differently, and I don't sing! I don't even bark-my foster mom wants to know if I'll speak someday. I do make funny little sounds when playing, which she says are too cute. I came from a shelter having entered as a stray. I was missing a lot of hair on my legs, likely due to fleas, lesser quality food, or for that matter-no food while I was lost. I was fairly skinny and am still just a little skinny. My foster mom is feeding me lots of yummy food to fatten me up and I am looking pretty good, if I do say so myself. You can also see the little baby hairs coming in nicely. Mom thinks, I was likely an outside dog prior to being a stray, because my elbows are pretty rough. I'm learning or relearning what house manners are very quickly. I know how to sit and am working on down. I have had a couple accidents, but that was within the first two days of arriving and none since then. While I'm relearning she also leaves the door opened for me and I can come and go when I need to with the other dogs. There are a lot of human kids here and I love respectful children. I love all my boxer buddies here too-females, males and a tiny chi. I am just realizing how much fun toys are! I run and fling them in the air, chase them down, and do it again. Running zoomies around the yard is a blast! Mom says, I am such a funny, cute, little girl. Cats are unknown since no kitties live here, but I show a lot of interest in chasing bunnies, so mom thinks cats and I will likely not get along. I lay on my bed for bedtime, but my favorite place is next to you on your bed. I am a pretty good shadow too, so expect me to be right there when you turn around. Well that's me a loyal companion! My mom could pretty much keep me, since I am so awesome, but she says there is a family out there, even better, who is already looking for me to join their family.
