Arka was found wandering the streets of SoCal with a very fancy harness on, picked up and taken to high-kill Riverside Animal Shelter. He was held for a month, yet his owner never came for this stunner.He was given 24 hours to live so we pulled him and brought him to OR in the hope of finding him a great family. Atka knows commands, and would make a great family pet for someone who doesn't want to go through the work of raising a puppy. Are you ready for a great dog?
