About Flint

Flint is an amazing lovable young dog who needs someone who can give him love and lots of attention. He just turned 2yrs old and is about 85 lbs. I have had him since last fall. His previous owners said he is aggressive toward smaller children. Unfortunately, I am unable to keep him as he is not good with small animals and has come after my cats. Do not recommend a household with any small animals or children. He does play rough with my husky but they never hurt each other. He has been around a male Pomsky who didn't want to play with him and he is able to read social cues from dogs in an off leash environment. He loves to run and play in the yard. I have been teaching him to walk on a leash however he is still learning not to chase squirrels or lunge at other doggies. He was a barker but has learned to keep it to a minimum. Definitely a protector and did do a great job when I collapsed to wake me up when the emergency services arrived. He needs some more training but he's a good boy.
