SAY HELLO TO BONNIE! Bonnie is a super sweet 2 year old Shih Tzu girl. Weighing in at just 12 pound, this little dollbaby is just the happiest of Tzus! Bonnie is a very playfulgirl. She play with other dogs and people as well. She is always up for a game of toss with her toys. She is a little shy when she meets new people that she doesn't recognize, however once she see you mean her no harm, let the fun begin! Bonnie would do very well with a family that has another dog - probably a male - that is similar in size, age and temperament. She enjoys being with her people and would also do well with a family of adults or adults with older kids who understand and respect her small size. Bonnie enjoys her walks to the park and is very gentle on her leash. She is also very respectful of everyone she meets. She is comfortable riding in the car and behaves very nicely. Bonnie understands and does quite well with a dog door here only when her foster is home and she is supervised. She has an idea about house training, however like all rescues starting out with a new family, she will need gentle guidance and patience as she learns the routine of her new family when they show her where to go and what do to. Bonnie is a longer coated breed, so she will need regular brushing as well as professional grooming every 6 to 8 weeks to keep those snowy white and black flowy locks stunning. Bonnie's adoption fee is 450.00 This fee includes her Veterinarian Wellness checks while here at the rescue, her spay, all vaccinations including rabies and bordatella, de-worming, a pre-adoption professional groom and a microchip with lifetime membership. Bonnie will also have a new collar and leash as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality grain free kibble that she has been eating. As always, her adoption fee also allows us the ability to put funds towards the next little one in need of rescue!
