About THE DUDE

Meet 'The Dude' ! (also known as 'Crockett') A super handsome, 2 yr old brown, white & brindle Collie mix. This sweet boy is and extrovert. The happiest, confident, & most easy going boy ! Makes friends easily & loves just being with his person or canine buddy. So, yeah ... this Dude definitely 'abides' ... ;) We rescued this amazing 60 lb. boy from a very high kill pound. The Dude is affectionate, eager to please, and strongly orients to a person. He is silly. He smiles. And he is playful. The Dude LOVES canine companionship. The Dude is neutered, de-wormed, is current on vaccinations, on monthly heart worm preventative, crate-trained and house-trained. All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., pro-biotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
