We rescued Koda when he was diagnosed with a terrible eye ulcer and his owner didn't have the money for vet care. It has taken 7 months to heal, but it was important since he is missing his other eye. He is 9 years old and absolutely darling. Loves people, dogs and cats. Very friendly! He will come up to you and gently touch you and pet you. Koda has been declawed and had his nasal passage opened a little more. His biggest issue is he goes outside of the litter box from time to time. He has been checked by a vet for his paws, uti and stones. Along with different litter boxes, different litters, etc. His previous owner was going to euthanize him. I'm hopeful there is someone out there that will work with him. He is currently living in our bathroom with access to our second floor balcony from an opened window. I have noticed this has cut back if not eliminated his littler box issue. So access to a catio or balcony would be great. He cannot be an outdoor cat so this would be the closest option. I will require an application to be filled out, possible home check and careful screening.
