Pepper was an owner surrender to a kill shelter. He has been pulled and is in foster care. He started his life journey in Hub city shelter. At some point he was transferred and found his was to a NJ Pet Land adoption 2013. He come with all original paperwork ( including the Hub city shelter ). He was adopted from Pet Land in 2015 to a home that loved him. He was taken to vet regularly and well care for. For an unknown reason, he was turned into a shelter. He is a very loving, and trained boy. He was very shy and submissive at first. He likes other dogs, and he doesn't mind cats. No children in household please.
