About The Rock (west)

Hi, my name is THE ROCK, ID# A4092583 I am a neutered male, brown and white American Pit Bull Terrier, and I weigh about 58 lbs. I was found by a caring stranger, and the shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 1 month old. I have been at the shelter since Jun 05, 2018. I'm your typical STRONG pocket pittie. I'll need a little more training on the leash, but always willing to go walking or hiking. I love people, but might be best as an only dog in the house. I'll 'sit' for a treat - very sweet and loving little guy. I pretty good with kids, but probably be best with older ones. I enjoy cooling off in the kiddie pool, and my favorite toy is a ball, which I will carry around with me. I'm a little energetic at first, but I calm down pretty quickly - not scary at all.
