About Star

Adoption Fee: $150
Lab / American Staffordshire Terrier
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Hello there! My name is Star, and I'm a playful, smart, well-behaved, and obedient 64-pound chocolate Lab/ American Staffordshire Terrier mix gal who was born about June 2017. I'm exquisitely beautiful with my sleek, shiny coat and the little strip of white on my chest -- plus I love to cuddle! I was abandoned at a dog boarding and grooming salon where the proprietor has a reputation for being soft-hearted about homeless dogs and having a lot of success finding them a lifetime home. In fact, I heard the owner say, 'I wish I could keep Star because she's the best.' I'm already fully trained, which makes me even more adoptable. Although I'm not around kids here, I'm great with all of the other friendly dogs and the loving humans. I'm not so good with cats. I hope that you'll fall in love my my photos and want a cuddle-bear of a dog. If so, arrange to meet me today because I'm anxious to shake YOUR hand! Star is updated on shots, spayed, dewormed, and heartworm negative. She will be microchipped after her adoption is finalized. Her adoption fee is $150, cash or check payable to Buster's Friends. Please click the contact button if you are interested in Star, and we can arrange for you to meet her. To adopt one of our dogs, you must fill out our adoption application and be approved by one of our adoption counselors. To make the process more efficient, download the adoption application at http://www.bustersfriends.org/dogadoptionapplication.shtml. First save and then open it; then you can print it and fill it out.
