About Sydney

We can't believe he hasn't found a family of his own yet. He deserves to be loved. He's 7 yrs old & was loved & well cared for by his previous owner. But he couldn't go with them when they moved overseas. Here's what his foster says about him. 'Sydney is sooooo completely loveable and wants to know where every member of the house is. When my son isn't in the house (7 days with his mom) Sydney continues to look in his bedroom for him. He is very good with all humans. Male/female/ and child. He listens to us all very well. He does not ever try to eat food that's not dog food. He counter surfs. But does not try to eat anything he finds. He slobbers VERY LITTLE for a Great Dane. He only barks when he sees an animal outside or for the first 30-40 seconds after you leave the house. But DOES NOT continue barking after that. Goes to his crate easily and even goes in there to sleep/nap when doors open often by himself. He doesn't jump on furniture until you tell him it's ok. And he gets off furniture as soon as you ask him too. He's a pretty great TRAINED Dane. His only downfall is he needs to be the ONLY animal in the home.' He's neutered & UTD on vaccinations & preventatives. Has been very well cared for by previous owner with impeccable vet records. Located in Tri cities Tn but can be transported for the right family.
