Everyone, meet Lilly! Lilly was pulled from Miami Dade Animal Services (Mdas) when she was a couple of weeks old. She was dumped by her owner although they kept the rest of the litter. Lilly had a head tilt, we don't know if this was through abuse or accidental but a friend of our rescue's founder called her and said she was going to be euthanized. So our rescue founder rushed to get her before she was killed. She went through physical therapy and her head tilt got a little better but never completely went. She has grown into the most beautiful girl. We think she possibly has some Doberman and Labrador in her because of the brown tint on her face and her square jaw. She is beautifully built with a glossy black coat weighing about 45-50lbs. She has been in rescue for a few years with no serious interest. She loves to play and run but gets afraid of sudden loud noises or motions. Unfortunately for her, black dogs are hard to place. She is healthy and would make a wonderful companion for someone with a big heart that understands what rescue dogs go through. She's good with people, kids, and other dogs but likes to chase cats ( we don't think she would hurt them but always take safety percaustions). Please if you can give Lilly a chance at living her many years in a home with a loving family then feel free to contact us. If you can't adopt this lovely girl then please share to everyone you know. Who knows maybe Lilly will find her perfect match. Thank you all in advanced. If you have any questions, ask away!
