About Baxter

Adoption Fee: $300.00
Chihuahua mix
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Baxter may be the name of the state park that holds the state of Maine's largest mountain, but at Potter's Angels Rescue it's the name of a pint sized Chihuahua mix who loves to cuddle under blankets. Baxter is a 4-5 year old boy who will do well with older kids, enjoys the company of friendly dogs, and has a pleasant, medium energy level. Baxter is crate trained, house trained, and walks well on a leash; he also knows the command 'sit.' Baxter loves toys, loves to play tug of war, and absolutely loves people. His foster family says that he's not a loud dog, but he will 'chortle' when he wants something. Like many smaller dogs Baxter can tend to be a little bossy with canine companions, but most of the time he just ignores other dogs unless they are his size. Foster mom describes Baxter as being eager to please and playful. This sprightly little fellow weighs 10.5 pounds, has been neutered, and has no medical issues. He's sure to make someone a very friendly and dutiful companion. To adopt, please submit an application at this ink:http://form.jotform.com/fo rm/11880935459 or visit www.pottersangelsrescue.org to view additional adoptable dogs and for more information. Adoption fees apply and vary by age: Under 1 year $350; 1-5 years $300; 6-8 years $200; and Over 8 years by donation. Thank you!
