About Layla

We have only had Layla a few weeks, and unfortunately our schedules have suddenly changed, and we are not going to be around much at all in the coming weeks in order to care for and train a young puppy. She was with a couple who had several grown large Boxers, so she plays a bit rough. We were told, they think, the puppy is a Boxer/PitBull, but I am not sure and I haven't had time to even get her over to a Vet yet. We have a 3 yr old pitbull/Mastiff mix who plays fine with her, and we have two full groan cats that do well. Layla has spent many hours around our infant grand children and although is a very excited, but does very well around them. Layla eats grain free puppy food, because other foods seem to cause her to have diarrhea. Layla is crate trained and stays in her crate, next to our other dog's bed through the night with no fuss. Layla is used to living very rural, and so we, nor her 1st family, use a leash much, so she will walk, but pulls a lot.
