About Max

Max is 2 years old. we rescued him at 5 months old and quickly found he had been mistreated. He was very afraid of men and the kids. He loved my other dog from day 1. Over time we have worked with him and he is now okay with adult men but NOT CHILDREN. which is why we sadly need to find him a new home. he growls and has attempted to bite my children as well as friends. he has NOT bitten anyone as of now just growls and barks and acts like he is going to. He is still great with my other dog but does not seem to like other dogs. he and my neighbors dogs got into a fight where he did draw blood. He is a very good dog I just cannot risk him hurting my children. He had a rough start to life and it a bit nervous but is loving. he is potty trained. I feel like he needs a family with no children that has a little extra time to love on him! I am asking a small fee to ensure he goes to a loving home!
