About Monty

This is monty. He is a purebred papered 6 year old English mastiff. We moved to more property recently and he is excellent with my two year old son and other children. They only issue we have ran into was he has recently become extremely aggressive towards cats... he killed one of ours and now he has a taste of it im afraid of what he will kill next. He has always done great with small dogs my parents and in laws have small breed dogs and never seemed to be bothered unless he feels threatened and medium size dogs are ify. He should go to a home with no pets. He's a great low maintained dog but he's just to big for us to take anywhere or socialize. I'm afraid we're past the point for they don't live extremely long lives. He has a sock eating issue as well but has passed all of them when he does. He almost did die from a sock incident last year but has not yet since. I plan on meeting with you and making sure it's a good fit.
