Francis was rescued from SPCA came there from cruelty division. He is a very quit dog but needs a home with low traffic and no other pets or children. I do not want to return him to SPCA as he was not doing well there at all. I am not asking any fee for me but if you could donate something to the rescue that would be great. He is a great pet for a 21 or 2 person household.
