Hi! My name is Mattie. I'm a calm, low-key gal with a pleasant and undemanding personality. Before the good people at DVDPA rescued me, life was pretty rough. I lived in a barn and was used for breeding for the first 5 years of my life. Adjusting to home life was terrifying for me at first, but foster mom tells me I've gotten the hang of it. I'm in search of a companion to curl up with in the evenings and when it comes to activity, I'd like an exercise partner that takes things at a 'leisurely' pace. I get along with other female dogs�'�| the boys, not so much and definitely no cats. I'd do best in a quiet home (no children) so I can just keep company with my human and relax.
