About Greta & Gunter

Meet Greta and Gunter, a pair of good-natured, affectionate German Shepherds estimated to be around 6 years old. The pair were discovered living under a bridge in Mississippi in 2016 and were fostered in Tennessee prior to coming to our home in Manassas in January of 2017. All health-related issues from living as strays in the deep South have been resolved and the pair are now healthy, parasite and heartworm free. Both dogs have had extensive dental work. Greta is an energetic, spayed female full-bred German Shepherd female who loves attention. On the other hand, Gunter, a neutered male, is more laid-back, but is smart and very eager to please. He is 'mostly' German Shepherd, but we just do not know his lineage. Due to our own health problems, we are unable to provide Greta and Gunter with the care and activity they need. Please consider adopting this fun-loving pair.
