Droopy is a super cute smaller guy with the cutest floppiest ears ever. He has a gentle soul and a big heart. He is super sweet and likes to be pet. Please save his life before it's too late. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided within a 90 mile radius of Chicago. Volunteers are willing to help with transport.
