About Stella

Sweet, shy Stella is looking for a superstar to scoop her up! Stella is a 4 year old Puggle, or Beagle/Pug mix, who came to ACL from a local animal control where she had arrived stray. Despite evidence that Stella was previously owned, we were never able to reunite Stella with her family. We've promised to find Stella the perfect match, and that's what we intend to do! Stella is a friendly, mellow lady who loves to follow her nose - that's her Beagle side! She's a little tentative here in the shelter, but she loves pets and sweet talk. Stella will thrive with a little patience and some lovin' in a real home. Stella appears housebroken, and she's good with other dogs when the chemistry is right. We don't know if Stella has met any cats before. She'll do well in a stable, relaxed family environment with gentle kids of any age.
