Harold is our latest dog looking for a Heartworm Hero! Harold is a polite 6 year old boy who weighs 53lbs and came to us as a stray. He has enjoyed the company of some dogs, mostly just females. Harold lives to play fetch and play with his toys--nothing brings him greater joy! After testing positive for Heartworm, Harold has entered our HW Heroes program, in which Shelter Friends sponsors his heartworm treatment while he waits for a new home. If his treatment schedule is followed, Harold will be heartworm-free and just like any other dog.
