Young Rocky is Ready for Fun 13-month-old, large, male, German Shepherd Good with other dogs: Likely Good with kids: Yes Good with cats: Unknown This young, handsome guy could be a Hollywood actor, right? Rocky is the picture of perfection with his handsome face and lively personality. He's a fun, active, young German Shepherd who would love to live with an active family. Rocky knows some of his basic commands already, so he's off to a great start. He's demonstrated what a smart guy he is, so with some continued basic training, he'll be a well-mannered family pet. He previously lived with a small dog, so we think he might be OK with other dogs, but we always request a meet and greet with other dogs in the home. Rocky is also good with children, so he would make a great family dog ready for adventures! He would enjoy dog sports, running, hiking, camping and just about any adventure you can think of. German Shepherds require plenty of exercise, both mental and physical, to keep them in top shape and keep their bodies and brains busy. This fellow won't be here long, so please complete our online application to get the process started. We will only schedule meet and greets with an approved application. All staff members are volunteers and aren't compensated for their time and expenses. Many juggle family and full-time careers while volunteering at Saving Paws. Please be patient, as sometimes it takes up to 5 days to process an application.
