Norbert was found as a stray. He is a very mild mannered and cuddly dog however, he is fearful of strangers at first. He is not neutered, but has not shown any aggression or dominance toward the other dog in the home. He has some issues with his gait which point toward a neurological issue. He may also be partially blind and deaf, but he has not seen a vet so these issues have not been confirmed by a medical professional.
