About Phoebe

Phoebe is a 1 year old, 43 lb. Smooth-Coated Border Collie mix. She loves toys and is very playful. She was found on a remote country road outside of San Antonio with her puppies. They have all found forever homes and now it's her turn. As you can see from her video (https://youtu.be/qwiAK1Cw6JI) she's an incredibly sweet and fun girl. She's mostly black, but which a white chest, white on the very tip of her tail and white on her paws that looks like she ran through paint. She is fully vaccinated, dewormed, spayed and microchipped, is heartworm negative and has been on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. She is a smart girl who is eager to please and will be easy to train. She is already crate-trained, leash-trained, house-trained and is learning basic obedience.
