About Gus Gus

Hello, this is Gus Gus! He is a 2 year old indoor Bully/Pit mix rescued from MCACC East Shelter. Gus is VERY loving, playful, laid back, and enjoys being rubbed while in your lap or at your feet. He plays great with other dogs, big and small, even when another dog barks/growls in his face he walks away tail wagging. Gus enjoys the water, as long as he can stand in it. He can swim, but prefers not too. He enjoys children who are older and can tolerate toddlers, but we rather him be re-homed with single family or with children 8 yrs/older. Gus walks great on and off leash, easily treat trained (even with his dog food), knows sit, come, down, kennels well, stay, and leave it. We can no longer keep him due to him and our toddler bumping heads. As stated above he tolerates her, but we prefer not to keep him in a situation he isn't comfortable in. We DO NOT want to return him to the shelter and HAVE called several rescuers. Unfortunately, they are full and cannot take him. Asking $100 re-homing fee to ensure he goes to a GREAT home, as we do love him. Gus will come with collar, leash, remaining dog food/snacks, kennel, shampoo, ear cleaning wipes. UTD shots, neutered, and has microchip.
