About Skiddles

He is about 8 years old we think. He tries to get along with the other dogs here, but they dont really like him. He does ok with the free range cats, but not sure how he would do elsewhere. HE is very sweet, seems to have been abused or neglected, cowers when you first pet him, warms up after a couple of minutes, then wants to be a couch potato and give you hugs, follow you around and just hang out with you. He is missing a front tooth, and if you ask he will show you with a big smile and a tail wag. He is a bit chunky, and we haven no idea what mix he really is, but everyone knows a Heinz 57 is the best kind of dog.. he is about 35 pounds and less than knee high. Someone has hit this baby, when you first try to pet he seems to think you are going to slap him) so you talk sweet and move slow and he just melts after he figures out you are a nice human and he so much enjoys the attention after he feels safe. He needs a dog owner with a soft voice, kind hand and patience in a not so hurried environment and to be the ony animal. He is really a sweet sweet sweet soul.
