About Lila

Lila is a wonderful dog that we adopted from the Humane Society to train as my daughter's psychiatric service dog. After sending her to a special training camp, we have determined that she is just too energetic to be a service dog. Since we already have several dogs and will need to find a younger puppy to train as a service dog, we are unable to keep Lila. She is great with everyone - babies, toddlers, adults - loves them all! She's good with our other dogs, but likes to chase the cats (does not seem intent on harming them). Lila is super-smart and very playful. She would be a great dog for someone who enjoys running or hiking.
