About UKE

Hello, my name is Uke, which in Japanese means 'snowflake.' I'm a four year old Alaskan Husky. I have the most beautiful blue eyes that can melt even the coldest of hearts. My Mommy and I sort of rescued each other. Mommy took me from a mean lady who was going to poison me with antifreeze and I arrived in Mommy's life at probably the lowest of low points in her life. I am housebroken, crate trained and love American cheese. I enjoy long walks and just laying in Mommy's fenced in yard. Momm y says my only flaw is sometimes I don't want to come back in, even when bribed with American cheese. I need to have my shots updated, a heartworm test, but am healthy otherwise. I have lived with other dogs but never any cats. I am a sweetheart with children young and old. I love to cuddle on Mommy's legs or stomach. My Mommy's heart is broken because she has to move and I'm not allowed to go with her to her new home, NO DOGS ALLOWED. Please open your heart and home and allow me to come live with you. Mommy will feel somewhat better if she knew I was going to be safe and taken care of before she moves.
