About Toffee

Toffee is such a handsome boy and he is a lucky boy now that he is not chained up and living in bad conditions. This Aussie mix boy is about 3 years old and only 50 pounds. The amazing thing about Toffee is that despite his limited life there on the chain, he is a dog with some good manners. He is so laid back and easy going for a dog that was chained up. He doesn't know much about how to be a dog that plays�'�|.or seeks affection. He came to the shelter with another dog after he got grazed by a car on the highway. Uninjured and lucky, the animal control was called to come and pick up these loose dogs. The story came to light of his past life and now he is at the shelter waiting for a miracle and a new chapter in his life. This boy is a breed that is intuitively smart and seeks new things to learn. He is not a dog that jumps on you and he walks remarkably well on a leash for a dog that probably was rarely walked on a leash. This boy will let you know every day just how grateful he is that you gave him a new chance for a great life! He is great with other dogs and we can cat test him if needed. Ready to leave the shelter and start a new life now!
