About Drake

Meet Drake, a handsome, sweet, bashful and unassuming hound mix in need of a loving forever home. Drake is about 2 years old and around 40 pounds so he is a great medium size. This fellow was rescued from a kill-shelter in KY with his brother, Josh (also available for adoption). Drake can be timid when he first meets new people but he warms up quickly. He is new to our rescue and we are still getting to know him, but so far he's been an absolute sweetheart with everyone he's met. He is being fostered with school-aged children and two other dogs and is fitting in well with the family! Drake is currently being fostered in Chicago. Since he is in a foster home, we do need an application submitted before we schedule a meeting. Drake's adoption donation is $275. This donation helps to cover his neuter, initial vaccines, initial worming and microchip. Pal's Place relies solely on donations to care for the pets in our care.
