About Lucy

Pal's Place would love to introduce Lucy a beautiful, shy and sweet 75 pound female German Shepherd. This gentle girl was found as a stray so nothing is known about her past, but our vet estimates she is a young adult, most likely somewhere between the ages of 2 to 4 years of age. Lucy is quite timid when meeting new people, but she does warm up after a few minutes, it just takes some kind words and a gentle tone. Once she's comfortable, she's extremely affectionate, loving and intelligent and will make any German Shepherd love very happy. Ms.Lucy loves to go for walks and play with her toys; squeaky ones are her favorite! She is currently sharing her foster home with several other dogs and does well with everyone. Lucy, like most Shepherds, is a very loyal dog that bonds closely with her owners. She's obedient and eager to please the ones she loves. She is crate trained and appears to be housebroken when kept on a regular schedule. Please come to meet this beautiful girl today! Lucy is currently being fostered on Chicago's north side. Since she is in a foster home, we do need an application submitted before we schedule a meeting.
