New Arrival-Hank (M) This 5 year old Scottie mix was owner relinquished after being in the household only 1 month. Reason for turn-in was given as being a tripping hazard to one of the older fmaily members in the house. Hank is a bit hesitant initially when getting acquainted but quickly warms to his companion(s) and begins to sparkle. With a little more time, he will present his tummy for an appreciated scratch. Adopters must complete an approval process which involves a reference check with current/recent vet, a call to landlord if renting and a brief home visit if located in the immediate area. Those who are not in a nearby community will have a virtual home visit. Out of state adoption is allowed. Adopters MUST come to the shelter to transport their new family member home.
