About Sugar

Meet Sugar! This beautiful little girl is a 1 year old female Lab Feist mix. She weights approx 40lbs. Sugar came to us as a stray and you can tell that whoever had her before us was not so nice to her. She is shy around strangers, but she warms up fast and once she does she just loves people. We have been working on her socialization skills and she has come leaps and bounds from when we first got her, however it is important to note that whoever adopts her will need to continue to work with her so she can reach her full potential. She is definitely worth it! She loves to snuggle and wants to be with you at all times. She never turns down a good belly rub. She loves to play and is full of puppy energy. She loves other dogs and would love a 2 legged sibling. She would make a great addition to a family with an active lifestyle! She is currently located down South at our sister shelters and available for pre-adoption. We do transports to NJ once a month. She can't wait to find her forever home!
