About Micky

Micky is a 10 year old Male Bichon that needs a new home. His owners are moving to a condo and can't take him with them. Micky has lived with other dogs and and good with them but should be fed separately as he doesn't like other dogs going near his food when he is eating. He has not been tested around cats. Mickey does have some skin allergies and had an issue in the past with a disc injury that has healed... but he should be kept from jumping off furniture so as not to injure it again. He needs to be picked up gently so as not to hurt his back so we recommend a home with no young children that may do this by mistake. He loves people and children but we prefer he be in a home with teens or adults only as young ones may hurt his back by accident. He would be a great dog for a retired couple or person or someone with lots of love and time to be with him. You should have dog experience (This is not a 1st time dog owner type of dog). We need to find a new home or at least someone willing to foster him till we find his forever home. He needs to be out by the end of July before they move. Micky deserves someone that will love him and give him the attention he needs.
