About Angel

Angel is just that-an angel. She is a 5 year old black/tan smooth Dachshund. She was surrendered earlier this year (2018) to a local shelter along with her father Smokey due to their owner's long term illness. Angel gets along with everyone (humans and other dogs) though she does like to chase and bark at the cats that live outside her foster home. Angel is very outgoing and friendly and loves to give kisses and sit on your lap. If another dog is getting attention Angel likes to get her share of attention as well. She walks well on a leash and loves to go for walks. She has had a dental, spay, and her vaccinations. Angel weighed 18 lbs. upon surrender but now weighs a healthy 13 lbs. SGF would prefer to adopt Angel and her father out together but may consider adopting them out separately if it's determined that a particular family is a good match. Smokey and Angel are being fostered in NE Ohio.
