About Dewey

Dewey was born about July 7, 2017 and will likely top out in the 28 lb. range. He is extremely social and just filled with tons of fun energy! Truly, he is busy and we are looking for a home with a fenced in yard (Beagles tend to have wanderlust) and kids would be fun, but what Dewey must have in his next home is another fun dog to tucker him out until Dewey feels it's time to take a nice long nap and on your lap would be perfect! He is fun, funny, loves his toys and when he is sleeping he is all out. You can pick him up and he's simply limp - he cracks us up all the time! This is all we know so far and will be learning as we go. The southern high kill pound feels it is embarrassing to ask questions as they feel it embarrasses the person dropping off their pets. Dewey did great on his cat test! What a good boy!
