About Branson

Branson is a 1 year old, boxer lab mix. Hes very sweet and thinks hes a lap dog even though he weighs about 50 pounds. When he was rescued by his current temporary family, he was afraid of grass, the dark and closed doors from being locked in a barn as a young pup. After settling in a home, having regular dog experiences for the last 9 months, he is a normal, healthy, happy boy! He is now well adjusted but still isn't a fan of car rides. Branson has lived with another dog and has done very well. He is also good with cats and children. He would likely do best with kids that are more steady on their feet, because he does bump into little humans and could potentially knock them down. Branson does have a bad habit of begging for food and would benefit from some basic training like all dogs need. Branson would love a fenced yard and an active family that can keep him busy. He's overall a very good boy and would make an excellent addition to almost any home. Branson is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and heartworm negative.
