About Lola

This is the first and required step of the adoption process. Meet Lola. We just love this sweetie pie. Lola was an unclaimed stray who was terrified when she first arrived. The poor girl was carried into the shelter because she was too scared to walk. Fast forward several months in a loving foster and you see a happy, friendly girl who likes to go for walks and meet new people. Lola is 2.5 year-old staffy mix who only weighs abut 45 pounds. She loves to run zoomies and explore the outdoors in a fenced yard. Lola LOVES other dogs (if she can have a slower introduction), but is not a fan of cats. As her confidence has grown, so has her desire to chase the kitties. Lola would do well with older kiddos who can handle an occasional bouncy greeting. She doesn't always jump, but if you sit down, she is always in your lap. She is one of the cuddliest sweeties we have had. In a home, Lola is constantly by you and snuggling. She will never turn down attention and love. Lola has done well in a dogpark and doggy day care situation. She currently lives with another canine in a foster home. They adore Lola and would love to keep her, but not having a fenced yard is a deal breaker. Lola is housetrained and cratetrained. Her foster mom leaves her in a bedroom with an open crate available, and she can be trusted. Lola is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped.
