About Ralphie

This is Ralphie. He was rescued by our Cocke County Animal Control when he was found in an extreme hoarding case. He, along with approximately 20 other dogs, was kept inside a hoarder house that was filthy and infested with fleas. He and his siblings acted like they had never had any human contact before. We have worked with him and rehabilitated him to the point that he will run up to you and lick your face! This little guy just needed a chance to be loved and taken care of. He is such a sweet boy now that we have gotten him out of his shell! If you have children, we suggest a meet and greet with Ralphie, because he hasn't been around children much at all.
