About Ruger

Momma Ruby was a purebred Australian Shepherd. The puppies father we were told was a black lab that lived in the neighborhood, however we now beleive it was a black German Shepherd. Ruger was born on 4/25/17. There was a litter of 9 puppies. Ruger is now 1 year old and his foster mom says he is to active for her and he does not listen to her and she is not able to take him to training classes. He is very loving and loves to cuddle. He sleeps in her bed at night. He also is house trained and crate trained but is not crated while she is gone. His best friend is a cat. He will need a fenced in yard. He likes to run and play and dig an occasional hole when he is bored. We feel he would benefit from some basic obedience classes. He needs to learn he is not pack leader. He is neutered, up to date on shots and micro-chipped.
