ONLY DAYS,(@ LEAST, HOPEFULLY,TO SAVE!!) Was smitten with this girl that showed up @ Nearby Bakery & so friendly & happy.[Lean but very Healthy in appearance]As it was day before the 4th of July, after a couple of hours decided i could take her home to get thru that ordinarily traumatic/dangerous time for a dog on the streets. She needs a loving home AS i have 2 dogs myself & she is hands down the most loving/affectionate dog i've ever come across. She bonded as i drove across town looking for a place to check for a chip. No collar either. When i borrowed my own dogs collar, & attached a leash she showed she had never had on either before. Also, no ride in car previous. She may not have ever been 'inside' either it seemed. She desperately needs a loving home/companion & shows she would attatch &.. even 'herding' tendancies. She needs training.Will be a true 'lover' & friend. I am older, w/health issues & can barely take care of my 2. She is, as of Yesterday, in Baytown Animal Shelter & anything could happen. I have never 'posted' & barely tech enough to Email, so after MANY phone calls, can do no more. She would do excellent, i think, on a farm/ranch OR As a close COMPANION,& (SO FRIENDLY) ....She NEEDS to be saved from certain bad outcome in Shelter. It is NOT a no-kill Shelter. I could get None of the more Optimistic Shelters to accept her Over the phone. They All say they are full. PLEASE PLEASE. She IS an Awesome LOVING(Wants to lay her head in your hands/lap when in 'couch mode'... & Exceptional girl. VERY Smart as well. Not house trained. But~ no 'slips' last 2 nights i had her. The Shelter said they wd give an owner a few days...Up to 5....to claim. THEN, put her Up for adoption for a small fee. Of course, to mandatory Spay, I'm sure. She would be a wonderful assett to someone or a Family. With love AND some training. & .....Contact Stefani @ Shelter ASAP!!
