About CHARLIE NEEDS A FOSTER

Charlie was recently rescued but his foster family did not show up at transport. Sadly his freedom ride landed at the doors of a dog kennel. Since Lulu's has no available fosters, he has been languishing in a kennel for several weeks. This super sweet, playful dog, kid (over 10 years old) and people friendly, 2 year old lab mix desperately needs a place to hang his leash; a place where he can enjoy one on one time, some daily exercise and tlc and human companionship. At the kennel he spends 22 hours a day in virtual solitary confinement. He is such a sweet and friendly dog and deserves better. He is beginning to show signs of kennel stress. If he spends much longer kenneled he will begin to devolve because of lack of eating and depression. Please open your heart and home to this sweet boy.
