Gray female with 4 white paws. Was abandoned at glad low apts. Very skinny and very friendly. Neighbor rubbed poop all over her and caged her in wire crate. Is a indoor cat. Wants in but I do not have a permit for this cat and my 16 yo does not accept. Her. Please help. She has had 2 baths to clean her up.
