About Neela

Neela (previously Mikka), our little husky girl, is responding to medication for her seizures. She is a delightful little girl. She will likely need to be provided medication for life. Neela is a 1-1/2 year old little female husky who weighs 33 pounds. She is growing, so depending on her 'actual age' she could get to 40 pounds. The estimated age is over a year based on her teeth. She is currently on seizure medication and seems to be responding wonderfully. She will require a home that is familiar with her medical needs and is willing and able to provide for her. She must be included inside the home (a requirement for all our huskies and rescues). She prances when she walks and she runs laps around the yard. She seems to do very well with other dogs. However, her small size leaves her a disadvantage with larger, boisterous dogs. Neela is just beginning to show her personality. Neela's adoption fee is $225.
