About Leia

Meet adorable adoptable 8 month old Leia. Leia is a true Warrior princess. She came to Animal Protection Society as a broken puppy. Wounded, malnourished, and begging for love. In the few weeks she's been with us she has grown so much. Her wounds have healed, the hair on her ears has returned and she is the leader of her pack. Leia likes most other dogs, although she is a bit alpha and doesn't think another dog should bark at her for attention ��%BD��%BD%BD��%BD��%BD%BD%BD��%BD��%BD%BD��%BD��%BD%BD%BD��%BD��%BD%BD��%BD��%BD%BD%BD%81. She's learned to play and will pounce on a tennis ball or carry a bone around in her mouth. She's crate trained, spayed and up-to-date on all of her shots. Recently, Leia spent a week with a family with 4 children and 2 small dogs - she adored them all. When her foster mom picked her up, Leia placed her head in ther boy's lap and looked completely content. Leia will make a wonderful companion for a family or an individual who is willing to give her the love she deserves.
