About ROCKY NEEDS A FOSTER

Rocky is a 2 year-old, boxer/hound/bull dog mix in urgent need of a foster or adopter as well as pledges. The southern shelter he is in is dangerously overcrowded and desperately trying to find homes for all their dogs, especially those with seniority since they are at high risk of being killed to make room for new intakes. The shelter is begging for help from Rescues but we need your help. Rocky is a super sweet dog, a happy go lucky pup who is people, dog and kid (only older respectful) friendly. Please note Rocky is nervous around small animals including cats and dogs. Please email us if you can help. Fostering is the most important thing you can do to save a shelter's dog life. If you are thinking of adopting a rescue dog, fostering is a great way to find out if a pup is a good fit for your family. Even if he isn't you have the blessing of knowing you saved his life. IF YOU CAN'T FOSTER, PLEASE CONSIDER MAKING A DONATION TOWARDS BOARDING FEES ($20/day) UNTIL A FOSTER IS FOUND. SOME RESCUES WILL SAVE A DOG I THEY GET AT LEAST ONE MONTH IN BOARDING FEES.
