About Magdalene

Meet Magdalene, but I like to go by Maggie! This energetic girl is a magnet to your heart. I just turned two years old this month and weigh around 45 lbs. I'm a boxer mix that has a lot of energy and like to play with humans, other dogs, and many toys (especially my tennis ball). When I get tired out, I love to lay on the couch to relax. My foster family says I'm house trained and crate trained and walk well on a leash. I know basic commands and strive to make my humans happy. I love kids and am good around other 4 legged friends (including cats if they're used to active dogs). My ideal furever family would be a active family that loves walks and will play with me. I'm currently being fostered in New Freedom, spayed, and am so excited to meet my forever family! We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all breed dog rescue. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $300 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $350 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
