He is at a high kill shelter that is full and dogs are being killed. He could be next. Dover has a nice medium energy when in the playlot. He likes to sniff and enjoy your company and to jump in puddles. He's happy to self-entertain with a toy. He enjoys affection, knows the sit command, and comes when called. Several dogs passed him and he showed very little interest. Dover lived with a 2 year old. Please save his life before it's too late.
